  2.  Our writers form a draft of your resume, and contact one of our consultants in your field of interest.

Step 2

  1. Our consultant  looks over the draft and makes notes on the information, skills, and general personality traits which are required to give a resume applicant a pass to the interview stage.
  2.  They also comment on information which could be viewed as unfavorable, and the draft with notes is sent back to our writing team.

Step 3!

  1. Our writing team revises the resume to create the strongest, most industry/job-specific resume possible.
  2. You are mailed your resume, apply to your positions of interest and should start practicing for interviews!

After they have finished a first draft your resume is sent to one of our many consultants. Our consultants are all hiring professionals in their given field. Similar to conducting market research, these consultants then critique the resume for up-to-date industry skills, training and specific traits which they would need to observe in your resume to pass you along to an interview. The resume is then sent back to our writing team who then update your document to meet all of their criteria. Simply put, our system is like going into write a test, when you already have the answers.
